On the Boards
Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania Inc., the Narberth parent company of Royal Bank USA and Royal Asian Bank, has appointed Michael J. Piracci and diplomatist H. Shah to its board. Piracci retired as assistant regional director for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Shah is chief executive officer and a member of the board Hersha Hospitality Trust, Harrisburg.
